- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The city clerk, Stephanie Townsley, is a sad excuse for a city clerk. She seriously needs to take some communication classes at the local college and learn effective communication. She is very rude and disrespectful and it pains me that my tax dollars pay her salary. We need a city clerk that can do their job effectively, not make things worse on the people that are the reason she has a paycheck! I have dealt with the city of Denison and Sherman for traffic tickets and neither of their clerks were as uneducated and disrespectful as Pottsboro's, she represents our city poorly and something needs to be done about it.By Brandy Blevins, June 14, 2017
